One of the redeeming aspects of the unforgiving north Indian summers are the wonderful cool fruits it offers!!
Water melon is one such juicy and tasty fruit..and I simply love gorging on it!!
Made this wonderful water melon spritzer following Sangeeta Khanna's recipe and boy it tasted refreshingly cool!!
It is damn easy to make, all one needs is water melon cubed and deseeded, soda bicarb or soda water and some ice!!
Made this on a hot saturday evening and fell totally in love with it!!....and the husband added his own twist to his glass - he added one peg vodka and invented his very own watermelon cocktail!!...he loved his version too!!
If you love water melon, try out this one out, both the spritzer and its alcoholic version are great for the summers!!!
