Online shopping has become a major segment of our shopping experience. This segment of the market has opened up wonderful choices for consumers and retailers alike.
For the consumer, especially a shopaholic like me, it's become a welcome feature, shopping from the comfort of my home and availing amazing discounts. Therefore, I am starting this new series in which I document (not review!!) my experiences with online shopping.
In this first post, Im talking about my Online Shopping Experience with Jabong.com
Jabong.com is an online shopping website dealing in over 30,000 products from 350 brands. Its major product segments are - Clothing, Shoes, Bags, Jewellery, Accessories, Beauty, Fragrances and Home & Living.
It offers multiple payment option such as credit card, debit card and Cash on Delivery.
My experience - I was looking for some discounts on my staple eye cream & lip gloss and while browsing through Jabong.com, found they were offering discounts on those products. I ordered the products and opted for Cash on Delivery. As soon as my order was booked, I got a order account mail on my Inbox & sms on my mobile. Half an hour later, I got a call from their Sales representative confirming the details and also informing me that the shipment will take 5 working days to arrive.
I got the delivery of the shipment next day itself. The package was neatly packed and opening it , I found the products bubble wrapped.
I really liked the prompt response of Jabong.com, quick delivery and neat & safe packaging.
In short, this is one website I would definitely buy again from.

Maybe we should avoid spoilers, but I guess you should write about our Pepperfry experience.. with a tag line that maybe one should not order off-beat products when timely delivery is required!

Jabong indeed is providing nice shopping experience to its customers and i m also one of them. Bought 4 times from jabong (basically to utilize my Rs.2000 coupon :D) and everytime i was given at par service.
