Accessorizing it differently!!...Today's Look #27

This dress was a gift on Durga Puja 2011 and it came with a bow(wore it like this), but wearing it the 2nd time around, I decided to ditch the bow & style a complete different look.

It being summers, I went for bright accessories but keeping it simple since we were going out on a relaxed mall crawl, movie & lunch date.

 Dress: FabIndia
Necklace:Howrah Bridge
Bag: Hidesign
Ballerina Flats: Carlton London

The focus of this look was this bright necklace by Howrah Bridge, i fell in love with it the instant designer and fellow blogger Anupriya DG(Howrah Bridge is her design house) mailed me its image!!

Keeping with the colorful theme, took out my green Hidesign bag!!

Here's a collage of the whole look.

I like both the ways I have styled this dress, but you may choose your favorite, so do you like it :-

1. With the Bow & Cross body clutch

2. With the Necklace & Work Bag

I like the dress with bow, as it gives a definition/structure to the dress, but I liked the second time around accessorizing

You should have kept an option of "both" in the poll.. all hits would have been there!

That Handbag is green? It is looking very close to black.

You look summery and fresh in both looks.

Hi Sushmita, thanks for dropping by and posting comment.

P.S I have the same ballerina flat. I hate its material as it is hard but love the color

In pic 3, your dress matches the mall flooring :)

So is the one in Pic 1 the true colour of your dress? Or the 1 in pic 4? Pic 4 looks brighter...

Awesome accessorizing... Will help me buy stuff for me girl :)

thanks for your comment! I definitely vote with the bow. It accentuates your waist and gives you a cute silhouette! women always look a few sizes smaller when they have something like a belt around their waist. love the dress!
