Fantastic food from fantastic bloggers: Blogger's Gift

I love food bloggers!! They are just the most hard working bloggers, I mean not only they cook great food, they take some amazing food images and then they write down meticulously about the whole recipe.

And I have become a blog loyalist when it comes to finding great recipes, always try to find them on the various food blogs.

So here's some great food I have made, following the blog recipes:-

1. Nutella Microwave Cake - BeingFab is strictly not a food blogger , but she shared this awesome recipe of nutella microwave cake which can be made in 3 minutes flat!!
I made it amidst husband's total non belief that it won't come out...it did and boy it is fab!!
The husband has become a total convert and made me cook this cake innumerable times since then!!
For the recipe, see here.

2. Roasted Baby Potatoes Indian Style - An awesome recipe to cook baby potatoes, by US Masala. It's a different and quirky way to relish baby potatoes. For the recipe , see here.

3. Bok choy & Red carrot Raita - I did not myself believe that this raita could taste nice, but it tastes awesome and not only the husband liked it, my uncle (mamaji) who's a real fussy eater loved it. so, you have my 100% guarantee to try it out.  This recipe has been given by Sangeeta Khanna of healthfooddesivieshi. For the recipe, see here.

4. Potato & Mushrooms Soup  - An amazing filling soup and very easy to make, again this recipe is by Sangeeta Khanna of healthfooddesivideshi. We have it for dinner(along with bread) as it's so delicious and filling that one can't help having second servings of it and there's no need to have anything after this. For the recipe, see here.

I am so inspired by my own success in making these awesome recipes by bloggers!!
In future, I plan to replicate great recipes, especially bakes & cakes from blogs and I hope like me, fellow bloggers are inspired to try out too!!

and I request all fellow food bloggers to plz suggest recipes, though I do a lot of blog search to find out recipes, sometime I might miss out some(I am just a tiny spec in the blogsphere ocean after all!!). so please do tell me about your awesome recipes.
you may email me  your recipe or post as a comment.

So, till my next food blog, enjoy these great recipes!!

Thanks Sush.
Foodies know each other so well :-)
For cakes with whole grains and even millets, and a ragi cake baked without a single grain of sugar (sweetened by just sweet potatoes and carrots), you can always refer my blog. And I do not believe in a ragi cake or an apple n whole wheat cake to look or taste like a regular maida cake, it has it's own place and much more tasty that the regular fair. You must try those sometime.

I would love to have potato mushroom soup followed with a little curd rice. Your Baby Potatoes Indian Style could be great to go with curd rice.

Hi dear ~ I believe this is what food blogging is all about... showcasing your creations and sharing with others. The dishes are very well recreated. Thanks for you visits to my blog and your wonderful comments... and for picking one of my recipes. The potatoes came out really well. Much appreciated.
