Okay, Again im inspired by a fellow blogger who wrote an interesting post on daily essentials, i.e., all the essential stuff she used everyday and why she needed each of them...and asked us about ours…Well, my daily essentials are very dear to me, and though I don’t give them much thought on a daily basis, but seriously, without them, my life would actually be INCOMPLETE!!
So here’s a post dedicated to my daily essentials…..
1. Oriflame whitening Toothpaste with mint flavour…loovvve the minty fresh feeling it gives me every morning!!
2. Body wash/Shower Gel/Crème Bath – I have been using shower gels (or body washes & crème baths) for a long time now, such that I have become unaccustomed to using soap bars, I cannot have a comfortable bath using soap, I use various types of shower gels and keep alternating between different products. Right now am using Oriflame Milk & Honey gold crème bath & Oriflame Discover Borneo shower gel.
3. Face Wash – When it comes to my face there’s only one brand I trust, VICHY…..it is a medico-cosmetic skin care range by L’Oreal and is absolutely great on skin. I use Vichy Normaderm face wash for mornings, Vichy Bi-white whitening cleansing gel for evenings and most importantly Vichy Oligo 25 foaming cleansing wash 24/7 in my bag for those anywhere anytime must need face cleansing. And oh yes, there’s Vichy Purete Thermale rose cleanser used mostly in summers.
4. Face Cream – Again its only VICHY I trust, use VICHY BI-White Hydrating serum in all seasons at all times!!..though in extreme winters when extra moisturising is needed, I use Nivea Sparkling White day cream.
5. Lip care – I get a very uneasy feeling if my lips go even a teeny weeny bit dryish!!! I keep lip balms/butters/softeners in lots of varieties, right now the ones I have are - Wild cherry lip butter & Born lippy lip balm by The Body Shop and Oriflame intense lip balm
6. Face Scrub - I have three face scrubs, all equally good and I use any of them depending on my mood:-Forest Essentials organic hand pounded face scrub, The Body Shop Vitamin E cream exfoliator and Oriflame Optimum radiance papaya face polish.
7. Body Scrub – Right now, The Body Shop Moringa Seed Body Scrub.
8. Shampoos, Conditioners & related – Now this is a big section, coz I really put efforts on my hair as I have seen real scary hairs & hairdos on the females in my office due to bad products or excessive torture like straightening/curling & chemical treatments!! I use Honey Moisturising Shampoo & Olive Glossing Conditioner both from The Body Shop, Brazil Nut Hair Mask from The Body Shop & Wild Rose & Cotton Hair Mask from Oriflame (Alternate between the two masks actually!!) and hair oil by patanjali yogpith (of ramdev baba fame, it smells yucky and the husband goes crazy with the odour when I apply it, but it is amazing on the hair!!!)

9. Lotions – I am a crazy maniac when it comes to lotions coz I keep applying & re applying them and the husband says that companies must be making huge profits coz of me!! I use either shea whip body lotion by The Body Shop or Oriflame Intense body lotion and ofcourse soft hands kind heart hand cream (by The body shop) for continuous re-applying anytime anywhere.
10. Foot Scrub/Lotion & related – Now, I have this immense pet peeve for dirty/unclean feet, I can’t bear to see cracked dirty feet, therefore..i have an extensive foot care regimen to keep my feet drool worthy. I use Eucalyptus foot scrub, Avocado overnight foot cream and lavender foot bath by Oriflame. Also I use foot files & pumic brushes by Scholl.
And finally my little pots of comfort..I use them for moisturising my lips, applying on dry parts of my arms, especially elbow, and for small scratches, cuts & all other tit bit moisturising…So
what are your daily essentials????P.S. Am I using too many stuff??!!!!!!
